Felix Torres, Jr., 60, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, with his loving wife at his side.
Born in Bristol, PA he’s been a Trenton area resident since 1979. Felix was formerly employed with the NJ Department of Correction. He enjoyed browsing on the computer, family cookouts, and he had a great sense of humor. He was loved by all who knew him and will greatly missed by his family and friends.
Predeceased by his parents, Felix Sr., and Norma (Woodington) Torres, and sons, Felix Torres, III, and Joseph R. Strickland; he is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Patricia (Strickland) Torres; sister, Juanita Portalatin, and his niece, Anita Rios; brother-in-law Robert E. Strickland; his half brothers and sisters in Florida, Rosa, Estelle, and Michael; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton, with a prayer service at 12:00 p.m.
Burial will follow in Colonial Memorial Park.
