William P. Borges, Jr. 52, of Yardville, passed away unexpectedly on January 11, 2023 at his home.
Born in Trenton, he was a longtime Hamilton Twp./Bordentown area resident, most recently residing in Yardville, and was employed with ETS for more than 20 years. Bill enjoyed cruises with his friends, spending time at LBI, playing miniature golf and going to Dave and Busters with his kids. He played softball in Mercer County Leagues, and enjoyed playing video games, especially Madden. He had been an avid Dallas Cowboy fan since he was 5 years old.
Predeceased by his parents, William P. Borges, Sr. and Pauline A. Lauroesch; he is survived by his daughter, Cadence Borges; and his son, Brayden Borges; his former wife, and mother of his children, Jennifer Borges; sister and brother-in-law, Paula and Robert Longmuir; a niece and nephew, Maggie and Connor; Aunt Alice Mol; cousins, Susan Mol, Julie Mol and Barbara Borges; as well as many other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the Yardville Memorial Home.
Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
