October 25, 1945 - June 8, 2020
Vincent F. Capodici, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020 at the age of seventy-four surrounded by his immediate family. Vince grew up and largely resided in Hamilton, NJ where he and his wife of forty years, Marcia Ann Capodici (McBride) built their life together.
Born October 25, 1945 to Vincent “Jim” and Beatrice Capodici, Vince was larger than life. He was loyal, fierce, funny and gregarious. His happiest moments were spent with family and friends who became family around the dinner table. He served in the United States Air Force as an Air Policeman and loved his country.
He is survived by his wife Marcia, his son Jeremy and wife Amy Capodici (Hamilton, NJ), daughter Cali and her husband David Alberico (Burlington, NC), his two granddaughters, Alyson Capodici (Hamilton, NJ) and Eleni Alberico (Burlington, NC) and an incredibly large group of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 from 12:00pm until 3:00pm at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ A Memorial service will begin at 2:30pm with Father Mike Matveenko officiating, followed by eulogies and fond memories to be shared by his family.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project and that you love others as passionately as Vince did.
