July 17, 1937 - July 5, 2024
Timothy P. Cicon, Sr., 86 of Hamilton Square, NJ passed away peacefully on Friday, July 5, 2024 at Serenity Hospice Inpatient Unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, NJ, he was a lifelong Hamilton area resident. Tim was an active parishioner of St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish. Tim’s faith was very strong and unwavering. While in high school he went to the Seminary. He had a special devotion to the Blessed Mother and Saint Padre Pio. Despite his struggles, he considered himself a blessed man.
Tim became a tri-athlete in his 50’s. Although Tim was physically disabled for the past 26 years, being the strong-willed person he was, he surpassed many of the obstacle’s doctors said he would be unable to overcome. Tim’s positive attitude was the definition of “never say never”.
Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Elizabeth (Todd) Cicon; and his brother,
Michael A. Cicon; he is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Barbara A.
(Korpusinski) Cicon; and 2 sons, Timothy P. Cicon, Jr. and Mark Cicon.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday July 12, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Raphael’s
Church 3500 South Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610.
Services are under the direction of the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, Hamilton.
Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
There are no services at the funeral home.
