Thomas A. Roga, 84, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton
Tom retired from the Department of Corrections, NJ State Prison after more than 25 years of service. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marines. He was an avid golfer who enjoyed fishing with his friends, and enjoying the retired life. Most of all Tom loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Predeceased by his mother, Ann Kmetz; he is survived by his 3 sons and daughters-in-laws, Michael and Janice Roga, Stephen and Sherry Roga, Matthew, and Danielle Roga; grandchildren, Michael, Andrew, Chloe, Ruby, Caitlin, and Christian, Candice, great granddaughter, McKenna; as well as many dear friends.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 11:00 am, at the Divine Mercy Parish at Holy Cross Church, 215 Adeline Street, Trenton, NJ, 08611.
Vistitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 9:30-10:30am at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
Burial will follow in St. Mary’s of the Assumption Cemetery II.
