Theodore E. “Teddy” Leidy, 58, of Trenton, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 10, 2025.

Teddy, as he was affectionately known by friends, was born in Pennsylvania and grew up in Florence, NJ, most recently residing in the Trenton area. He had a laid-back spirit and a knack for finding joy in the everyday. Whether spending an afternoon on the golf course with friends or settling in for a marathon of his favorite shows—The Simpsons, Family Guy, or whatever news channel was on—Teddy knew how to savor the moment.

A devoted NASCAR enthusiast, he never missed a chance to follow the action on the track. He was also a passionate supporter of Philadelphia sports, proudly cheering on the Eagles and the Phillies through every season. Beyond his hobbies, Teddy had a deep love for music and was a naturally gifted drummer, bringing rhythm and energy to any room he played in.

Predeceased by his brother, Scott Leidy; he is survived by his loving son, Ryan Scott Leidy; Ryan’s sisters, Crystal Jeffery and Jessica Bezek-Davino; his girlfriend, Bernadette Pizzarelli; sisters, Susan Miller and Patricia Pavlides; his close friends, Josh Branin, Gary Glum and Johnny George; 4 cats, Stella, Sheldon, Jenny and Samantha; 2 turtles and a squirrel; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
