Ruthann Tydryszewski Agocs, 77, of Hamilton passed away at home after dealing with the illness of dementia, on Friday, August 21, 2020, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident, residing in Hamilton for the past 53 years.
Ruthann graduated from Trenton Central High School in 1960, and then proceeded to work for New Jersey Bell Telephone, which later became AT&T, where she retired from after 29 years of service. Ruthann was also a longtime parishioner of Holy Angels Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed planting and tending to her flowers, going on cruises, and trips to Seaside Park. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Daughter of the late Walter Tydrick and Ruth Waltz, stepdaughter of the late Charles Waltz, mother of the late Kathleen Flanigan, she is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Stephen Agocs III, her daughters, Janet Agocs and Nancy Mejia; two grandchildren, Sean Flanigan, and Jordan Mejia; sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Joseph Salmestrelli; nephew Joseph Salmestrelli, Jr.; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Private funeral services are under the direction of the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street in Hamilton.
