Rufo Fidencio Estrada Arriola, de 34 años, de Hamilton, falleció repentinamente el viernes 19 de mayo de 2023.
Nacido en Salcaja, Guatemala, Rufo llegó a los Estados Unidos cuando tenía 6 años. Tuvo que crecer rápido para ayudar a su madre a criar a su hermanita, a quien amaba inmensamente y mimaba, proporcionándole cualquier cosa y todo lo que quería y necesitaba a lo largo de su vida hasta su fallecimiento.
Disfrutó de tiempo de calidad viendo a Naruto con su madre y su tío. Durante los últimos 10 años pasaron todos los sábados por la noche viéndolo juntos, mientras comían y disfrutaban de la compañía del otro. Era un ávido jugador de videojuegos que jugaba todas las noches con amigos de todo el mundo, pero disfrutaba especialmente jugando con su hermana pequeña que vive en Canadá. Rufo era un conocedor de la música y nunca encontró un género que no le gustara escuchar. Su serie de películas favorita era la Trilogía del Guardián de la Galaxia, y acaba de ver la última película con su madre y su hermana.
Fue empleado como conductor de camiones de larga distancia con Hughes Enterprise durante muchos años.
Le sobreviven sus amorosos padres, Jorge Luis Estrada y Norma Arriola; hermana, Adrianna Estrada Arriola; abuelos, Gloria y Carlos Arriola; así como una gran cantidad de tías, tíos, primos y queridos amigos.
Era un hijo amoroso, fiel y excelente que podía iluminar la habitación con su radiante sonrisa. "El era un pan de Dios". El mejor hijo del mundo y seguirá siendo. Siempre le decía a su madre: "Mientras tú y mi hermana estén bien, no necesito nada más". Se extrañará mucho su presencia, la familia está en Paz sabiendo que Rufo continuará protegiendo, guiando y brindando amor incondicional, tal como lo hizo durante su vida.
El velorio para familiares y amigos se llevará a cabo el viernes 26 de mayo de 2023 de 6:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. en Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville. El sábado por la mañana, 27 de mayo de 2023, en la parroquia de Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles, Iglesia de San Joaquín, 20-56 Butler Street, Trenton, NJ, 08611 desde las 9:30 a.m. hasta las 10:45 a.m.
La misa de entierro cristiano se celebrará el sábado, a las 11:00 a.m.
El entierro seguirá en Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton.
No habrá nada en la funeraria el sábado por la mañana.

Rufo Fidencio Estrada Arriola, 34, of Hamilton, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 19, 2023.
Born in Salcaja, Guatemala, Rufo came to the United States when he was 6 years old. He had to grow up fast to help his mom raise his baby sister, who he loved immensely and spoiled, providing her with anything and everything she wanted and needed throughout her life until his passing.
He enjoyed quality time watching Naruto with his mom and uncle. For the past 10 years they spent every Saturday night watching it together, while eating and enjoying each other’s company. He was an avid video gamer who played nightly with friends from all over the world, but he especially enjoyed playing with his little sister who lives in Canada. Rufo was a music connoisseur and never found a genre he didn’t enjoy listening to. His favorite movie series was the Guardian of the Galaxy Trilogy, and he just saw the last movie with his mom and sister.
He was employed as a long-haul truck driver with Hughes Enterprise for many years.
He is survived by his loving parents, Jorge Luis Estrada and Norma Arriola; sister, Adrianna Estrada Arriola; grandparents, Gloria and Carlos Arriola; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
He was a loving, faithful, excellent son who could light up the room with his radiant smile. “El era un pan de Dios”. The best son in the world and will continue to be. He would always tell his mom, “As long as you and my sister are well cared for, I don’t need anything else”. Though his presence will be greatly missed, the family is a peace knowing that Rufo will continue to protect, guide and provide unconditional love, just as he did during his lifetime.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, and then again Saturday morning, May 27, 2023, at the church from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of the Angels Parish, St. Joachim’s Church, 20-56 Butler Street, Trenton, NJ, 08611.
Burial will follow in Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton.
There will be no services at the funeral home Saturday morning.
