Rose M. Hendrie

October 8, 1935 — April 16, 2026

Rose M. Hendrie, 90, formerly of Robbinsville, NJ, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Delaware Hospice in Milford, DE. 

Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong Hamilton Township resident before moving to Delaware in 2009. She resided in Westminster Village Assisted Living in Dover DE, where she spent happy many years.

Rose was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished grandmother. Nothing brought her greater joy than caring for those she loved and being surrounded by her family. In her spare time, she found simple pleasure in playing Bingo, a pastime she truly enjoyed.

Predeceased by her parents, Harry and Stella (Wright) Meehan; and her beloved husband, Alexander “Bruce” Hendrie; she is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Mike) Czako and Kathi (Craig) Crawley;  grandchildren, Michael (Geraldine) Czako, Rachael Czako, and Craig (Vanessa) Crawley Jr. his great-grandchildren, Lucie, Jack and Joseph Czako, and Taylor and Woody Crawley; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday April 23,2026 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ.

 A brief prayer service will be held at 12:30 p.m.

Interment will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
