Rose Frazier Lass

September 27, 1927 - January 23, 2026

Rose Frazier Lass, 98, of Hamilton Square, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Capital Health Care Systems at Hopewell, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Rose was a direct descendant of John Alden who arrived in America on the Mayflower.  She was raised in the beautiful town of Yeadon, PA, where she graduated from Yeadon High School in 1945. Throughout her life, she embraced new places and experiences, residing for a time in Levittown, PA, and Chicago, IL, before settling in Hamilton Square in 1986, where she remained a proud resident for nearly four decades.

Rose enjoyed a long and dedicated career, most notably with Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she retired after many years of faithful service. She also worked for Goodall Rubber Company, Stryker Tams and Dill, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. A woman of warmth and generosity, she was a former member of the Hamilton YMCA, where she participated in many contests and activities, forming lasting friendships along the way. In addition, Rose volunteered her time at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton for nine years, a commitment that reflected her deep compassion and desire to help others.

In her quieter moments, Rose found joy in reading, particularly medical articles and anything related to astronomy. She cherished trips to the beach and the ocean, especially watching the sun rise, finding peace and inspiration in the promise that each new day brings a fresh beginning.

Predeceased by her parents, Donald and Elizabeth Frazier; her son, John H. Boeggeman; her sister, Carole F. Ogden and nephew William Ogden; she was loving mother to her surviving children, Eileen (Larry) Ditullo, Daniel C.
