Robert (Bob) H. Lesslie, 79, of Yardville passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at CHS Hopewell Campus with his family by his side.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident.
Bob retired from the Mercer County Engineering Department in 1994 and was a private Land Surveyor for many years. He was past Worshipful Master of Trenton Masonic Lodge #5, Bob was a member of the NJ National Guards, and also the Hamilton Elks. In his spare time, he loved to fish especially his yearly trips to Canada, and he also enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. He will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Son of the late Harry and Mae Fosbrooke Lesslie, he is survived by his partner Donna E. Calu and her son Frank Calu, Jr.; his two sons and their spouses, Brian and Michele Lesslie, and Keith and Gwen Lesslie; his granddaughter Morgan, and step grandchildren Mason, Mary and Kevin; as well as other family members and close friends.
Relatives and friends may attend a visitation on Friday morning, December 20, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road in Yardville, NJ 08620. Services will be held 11 a.m. at the memorial home with clergy from the Slackwood Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
