Rebecca Ann Logan

July 10, 1947 - December 20, 2025

Rebecca Ann Logan, 78, of Robbinsville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 20, 2025.

Born in Waltham, Massachusetts, and a longtime resident of Robbinsville, she built a life centered on compassion, dedication, and family. She was a proud graduate of Trenton Central High School and the Mercer County Vocational-Technical Nursing School, where she began her journey into a career devoted to caring for others.

Rebecca worked for many years as a Licensed Practical Nurse, serving patients at numerous local doctors’ offices, hospice units, and in pediatric settings caring for children with special needs. Her work reflected her gentle spirit, patience, and unwavering commitment to providing comfort and understanding to those who needed it most. She had an extraordinary love for animals and gave her time generously as a volunteer with Marty’s Place, a senior dog rescue. She also supported many animal shelters through donations and opened her heart and home to numerous cats and dogs over the years. Rebecca found great joy visiting aquariums and zoos, especially the Popcorn Park Zoo in Forked River, New Jersey.

An avid gardener, she especially treasured tending to her roses, often spending peaceful hours watching butterflies and hummingbirds flutter through her yard. She also loved relaxing days at the beach and cherished time spent with her grandsons, taking immense pride in watching them participate in their sporting events—most especially baseball.

Rebecca was a devoted supporter of NAMI Mercer, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. Through her involvement, she formed many meaningful friendships and was an active member of the Mending Mindsets and Just Friends groups.

In her quieter moments, she enjoyed watching movies, particularly those starring Patrick Swayze, working on crossword puzzles and word finds, and capturing memories through photographs on her phone. She delighted in simple pleasures such as homemade guacamole, a perfectly cooked ribeye steak, salmon, fresh New Jersey tomatoes with mozzarella, and, of course, her favorite Wawa coffee.

Predeceased by her parents, Harold and Margaret (Heineman) Postlethwait; her grandmother, Anna Heineman; and infant son, Robert F.  Logan, Jr.; she is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Robert F. Logan; son, Robert M. Logan; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca L and John J. Pagano; grandsons, Nathan, Joshua and Kyle Pagano; a sister, Margaret K. Postlethwait; beloved dog, Joy; and cat, Shadow; as well as other relatives and many dear friends.

A gathering for family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ.

A prayer service will begin at 2:00 p.m.

Becky, it is hard to believe that you are gone. When John and I visited with you on Friday, you looked so good and were looking forward to going home for Christmas and for the continuation of your therapy until the end of the year and getting back to your life. We will miss you and I will miss our conversations and doing our best to lift each other up. You had become a good friend. We will miss you and Just Friends will miss you.

Becky, I will miss you. We met 3 years ago and we formed a strong bond together. We spoke at least once a day. We were inseparable closer than sisters. We laughed and cried together. Loved talking about our grandchildren, the baseball games she went to. Her daughter and son-in-law opening a cigar store. Bobby going fishing and bringing home these great fish he caught. And having such a great meal.

REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND 🙏✝️💕💋
