Patrick Piechowski, 75, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Capital Health Systems Hopewell Campus.
Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, he was a lifelong area resident. After graduating from Trenton Central High School, he proudly served his country with the U.S Army and was honorably discharged. He was employed for a period of time with CV Hill in Trenton, before going on to work for the East Windsor Board of Education, retiring after 24 years of service. In his spare time, he studied Martial Arts and Krav Maga, enjoyed weight training, sports cars, was very fond of the SPCA and donated regularly.
Most of all he loved his family, especially his grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Angela (Szolony) Piechowski; he is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Patty (Kramer) Piechowski; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Tom Lear; his sister, Diane Wolice and her husband Pete; grandchildren, Jonathan Granaldi and his wife, Kristi; Christopher Granaldi and Steven Granaldi; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Memorial Home.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 19, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
