Michael “Mickey” Bardzak, 89, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Hamilton Continuing Care Center, Hamilton.
Born in St. Clair, PA, he was raised Bristol, PA and graduated from Bristol High School, Class of 1952. Mickey was an honorably discharged Air Force Veteran who proudly served his Country during the Korean War. He was employed as a Service Technician with Mettler Instruments, retiring after many years of service. After he retired, he worked as a crossing guard for the Twp. of Hamilton and was stationed at the corners of Park and Clinton Avenues. Mickey was a parishioner of St. Vincent DePaul Church, and a member of their Holy Name Society.
Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Mary (Lago) Bardzak, Jr.; brothers-in-law, George Danka and Jack Bendel; sisters-in-law, Cathy Krempeckie, Theresa Bendel, Loretta Schmitt, Eleanor Morales, Judy Westbrook, and Sally Jones; he is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Sheila (Bendel) Bardzak; his son, Michael Bardzak, IV; daughters, Karen Bardzak Kraemer and husband Michael, and Denise Bardzak Guarnieri and husband Alan; a sister, Margaret Danka; brother-in-law, Bernie Bendel; his grandchildren, Christopher Kraemer, Michael Kraemer, Melissa Kraemer Heredia and husband Marcus, Alexa Guarnieri and Lucas Guarnieri; one great granddaughter, Evelyn Heredia; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, April 17, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. at St. Vincent DePaul Church,
555 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville.
Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.
