Mary Nalbone

Mary Nalbone, 98, of Hamilton, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.


Born and raised in Hamilton, NJ, Mary was a lifelong resident and a devoted parishioner of St. Raphael–Holy Angels Parish. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing Bingo, taking trips to the Atlantic City casinos, and shopping at the mall. Above all, Mary cherished her family, especially her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. She was a dedicated wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.


She was predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Theresa (Siciliano) Russo; her beloved husband Charles H. Nalbone; her brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Margie Russo; and her sisters, Lucy McGraw, Theresa LaPage, and Josephine Piegari.


Mary is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Robert Peterman; her two grandchildren, Robert and Danielle Peterman; her sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and Sonny Dempsey; her nephews, Frankie Dempsey, Nick Rossi and his wife Cindy, and Joey Fraioli; her niece, Denise Fennimore; her cousin, Donna Ryan; as well as many cherished friends.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Church, 3500 South Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the church from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m.                                      


Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum, Hamilton.


Arrangements are under the direction of Buklad-Merlino Memorial Homes, Hamilton.


Mary was a dedicated supporter of St. Jude’s research hospital and other Philanthropic organizations, at her request, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105    https://www.stjude.org
