Mary Ann Hillman

June 27, 1940 - February 6, 2025


Mary Ann Hillman, 84, of Bordentown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Serenity Hospice Inpatient Unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton, surrounded by her loving family.


Born in Trenton, NJ, Mary Ann was a longtime resident of Yardville for 40 years before making Bordentown her home for the past two decades. She was a devoted parishioner of Sacred Heart Parish and dedicated over 15 years of service to the State of New Jersey.

Mary Ann had a passion for fashion and loved shopping for clothes. She also enjoyed traveling, especially going on cruises with her beloved husband. However, her greatest joy in life was her family, she adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cherishing every moment spent with them, especially during the annual family Christmas Eve Celebration.


Mary Ann’s kindness, love, and unwavering devotion to her family will be deeply missed but forever remembered.


Predeceased by her parents, Charles and Helen (Black) Kreiser; and her brother, Charles Kreiser; she is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Bruce J. Hillman, Sr.; children, Bruce J. Hillman, Jr. and wife, Donna, Mary Beth Harvell and husband Greg, and Peter K. Hillman and wife, Beth; 10 grandchildren, Justin (Kerry) Sharkey, Kyle Hillman, Scott Harvell, Christopher (Christina) Harvell, Elizabeth Harvell, Nicholas (Jamie) Hillman, Bret (Maranne) Hillman, Matthew Horner, Bryan Hillman and Sean Horner; 3 great granddaughters, Allison, Penelope, and Avalynn; She will also be dearly missed by many cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.


Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at  11:00  a.m. at Sacred Heart Parish, 343 South Broad Street, Trenton, NJ.

 

Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday February 13, 2025 from  8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville-Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ.

 

Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Parish - Project 210, Sacred Heart Parish, 343 South Broad Street, Trenton, NJ, 08608.
