Margaret R. Green

July 15, 1945 - August 20, 2026

Margaret R. Green, 81, of Hamilton Township, passed away peacefully at home on August 20, 2026.

Born in Trenton, New Jersey, Margaret was a lifelong area resident and had made Hamilton Township her home for the past 55 years. She worked for many years as the bar manager at Buffstones Bar and Restaurant and was also employed in the Food Services Department at Hamilton Hospital. In her spare time, Margaret enjoyed working in her yard and caring for her home.

Daughter of the late Fred Parsons and Angela DiStephano, and wife of the late Harry Green, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Mark Ridge; her two sisters, Lillian Parsons and Mary Ann Cunningham; her two grandchildren, Steven Ridge (Sophia), and Jessica Ridge; as well as several nephews, other relatives, and close friends.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road, Wrightstown, New Jersey.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Marty’s Place Senior Dog Sanctuary, 118 Country Road 526, Allentown NJ 08501.
