Lucille M. Donahue, 61, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 27, 2023 while at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born and raised in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from both St. Anthony’s High School, and Thomas Edison State University. She was employed with the State of New Jersey, most recently at Thomas Edison State University, retiring after 38 years of service. Lucille enjoyed trips to Point Pleasant and Belmar, and Dewey Beach in Delaware with her family and her dogs, Lewis and CoCo, and was a fan of the NY Yankees and the Golden State Warriors. More than anything, Lucille loved her family and friends, and treasured the time she spent with them during holiday get togethers. Lucille will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Predeceased by her father, Rocky R. DiNatale; she is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Kevin Donahue; her mother, Leona (Edinger) DiNatale; daughter, Jillian Moyer and husband Kyle; step daughter, Stephanie Brindamour; sister, Janis DiNatale; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Barbara Donahue; step grandchildren, Sara, Adrianna Jada and Zak; and her beloved K-9 companions, Lewis and CoCo; as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. at the
Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Memorial Home.
Entombment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery Mausoleum.
