February 19, 1930 - April 11, 2022
Lloyd “TEX” Thomas, 92, of Trenton, passed away peacefully Monday, April 11, 2022 at Lower Bucks Hospital, in Bristol, PA.
Born and raised in Houston Texas, he was a longtime Trenton area resident. He was a proud honorably discharged Army Veteran having served during the Korean War. Tex was a hard working truck driver who delivered bread for the Bond Bread Company for many years before his retirement. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and PARX Casinos.
Predeceased by his parents, and his siblings; he survived by his loving wife Wilma (Fink) Thomas; 4 sons, Lloyd Thomas, Jimmy Thomas, Stephen Thomas and Brian Thomas; step-children and their spouses, Carl (Jamie) Eschbach, Richard (Toni) Eschbach, Kenneth (Jeanne) Eschbach, Elizabeth Zirpoli, Brenda Reeves, Michelle (Fred) Framo, Jennifer (Joe) Sesar, and Debra Eschbach; grandchildren, Camillia (Tony) Frascella; as well as many other step-grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday April 15, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville,
A prayer service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with local clergy officiating.
Burial will follow in Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton.
