Linda A. Wilson, 67, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Capital Health Systems at Fuld, Trenton, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Princeton, NJ, and raised in New Egypt, she was resident of Hamilton Twp. for the past 42 years. Linda was a graduate of Allentown High School, class of 1974, and was employed for 17 years with NJ State Police, Division RERP&T in Ewing Twp., NJ as a Sr. Clerk Typist. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching General Hospital, Judge Judy, and the Investigation Discovery and Lifetimes Channels.
Most of all, Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Predeceased by her father, William Cash, and her beloved husband,
John A. Wilson Sr.; she is survived by her mother, Betty Cash, of Cookstown; a daughter, Amy Wilk (Anthony D’Angelo), of Yardville; a son, John Wilson Jr. and fiancé Megan Ronan, of Yardville; step daughter, Alicia Takaoka and her husband Nick; grandchildren, Alyssa Risdon, Andrew Risdon and Joseph Wilk III; sisters, Barbara (Wayne) Wharton , of Cookstown, and Betty Susan (Allan “Slate”) Crate, of Auburndale, FL; brother William Michael (Pam) Cash, of Union City, MI; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Yardville Memorial Home.
Burial will follow in Emley’s Hill Cemetery, Cream Ridge, NJ.
