Joyce M. Rondinelli

June 19, 1940 - September 4, 2026

Joyce M. Rondinelli, 86, of Lawrenceville, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Serenity Hospice Inpatient Unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton.

Born and raised in Trenton, Joyce was a longtime area resident, spending many years in Pennington, before most recently residing in Lawrenceville.

Joyce enjoyed the simple pleasures in life and was a longtime fan of daytime soap operas, faithfully following many of her favorite shows throughout the years. Her all-time favorite movie was Saturday Night Fever, and she was an avid fan of the Bee Gees and their music. Most of all, Joyce loved her family. She took great pride in caring for those she loved and in always creating a warm and welcoming home for her family.

Daughter of the late Luke and Mary DeBonis Bodinizzo, and wife of the late Gerald L. Rondinelli, Joyce is survived by her three sons, Scott Rondinelli and Carole Cieless, Ross and Ellen Rondinelli, and Todd and Leanna Rondinelli; her brother, Richard L. Bodinizzo; her granddaughter, Isabel Rondinelli; niece Marlo J. Bodinizzo, nephew Richard M. Bodinizzo and his wife  Dr. Shija Abraham; as well as many other relatives, and dear friends.

A Celebration of Joyce’s Life will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ. A brief prayer service will be held at 4:00 p.m., with local clergy officiating.
