Joseph Meagher, Sr., 80, of Groveville, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019 with his loving family by his side.
Born in Allentown, NJ on July 14, 1939, he was a graduate of Trenton Central High School and a member of IBEW 269. In his spare time Joe loved watching sports, especially the Phillies and his beloved Eagles, he loved his long weekends at Resorts in Atlantic City every month and spending time with friends. Joe was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Son of the late John and Margaret Kelley Meagher, brother of the late James Meagher, he is survived by his beloved wife Eileen Costanzo Meagher, daughter and son-in-law, Debi and Frank Fink, son, Joseph Meagher, Jr., brother and sister-in-law, John and Rosemary Meagher, sister-in-law Carol Meagher; five grandchildren, Derek Ferrara (Justa), Joseph S. Meagher, III, Amberlyn Meagher, Heather Marie Meagher, Violet Mary Fink; a great grandson, Devin Ferrara; sister-in-laws, Dianne Clair and Michele Costanzo, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Fred and Pat Costanzo; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Buklad Yardville Memorial Chapel, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road in Yardville. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
