John Earl Maugans, 77, of Trenton passed away on February 3, 2020.
Born in Trenton NJ on February 19, 1942 to Christine Pavalick and John Maugans. John lived in New Jersey, Florida and Nevada working as a roofer, a bartender and worked many years in casino security.
Survived by daughters Dorothy Ann Maugans and Anna Marie Renteria, sisters Betty Virginia Nagy (Steve), Barbara O’Brien (William), Mary Pamela Maugans, Debi Heyck (Walter), Linda Aquanno (Victor) and brothers Jimm Maugans and Richard Maugans (Janet), four grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, long-time love Vicky Lepore and friend Ann Marie. Predeceased by Christine DiPaolo, John Maugans, Anna Maugans and Pat Donohue.
John loved to swim, and spent many hours watching his movies taping them for all to enjoy. John loved animals, taking the time to care for them with absolute love. John spent every Sunday cheering on his beloved Cowboys.
At his request, services will be private.
