Joan Rogers, 89, of Hamilton passed away peacefully on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Hamilton Continuing Care Center, Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, she was a longtime area resident. Joan enjoyed playing cards, trips to all of the casinos, and was a big fan of the New York Yankees and Philadelphia Eagles.
Predeceased by her parents, Frank and Vanita (Weber) Rimo; her husband, Louis Rogers; her daughter, Madeline Dixon; and her sisters, Selma Burch, Eleanor Baker and Janet Conners. She is survived by her son-in-law, Carl Dixon, granddaughters, Jennifer Dixon, and Jessica (Rob) Loveday; great granddaughter, Ariana Loveday; and her beloved cat, Charlie; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, with local clergy officiating.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:00 a.m. until time of the service at
the Yardville Memorial Home.
Interment will follow in Old Tennent Cemetery, Manalapan, NJ.
