Gladys Marin Singh

Gladys Marin Singh, lovingly known by family and friends as “Lulu,” passed away peacefully on May 31, 2026, at the age of 81.She was born on July 23, 1944, in Honduras and later made her home in Hamilton, New Jersey.

Lulu was a dedicated and hardworking woman who spent over 40 years working as a chef at Terrace Food Club in Princeton. She was known for her incredible work ethic, her strength, and her caring heart. No matter what challenges life brought her way, she never gave up and always remained active and full of determination.

Above all, Lulu loved her family deeply and would do anything for them. Her love was unconditional, and she always put her family first. She will be remembered as a joyful and happy spirit who loved to dance and brought light and laughter wherever she went. Her presence made every room warmer, and her energy will be missed beyond words.

She touched the lives of many through her kindness, generosity, and loving nature. Lulu leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and beautiful memories that will continue to live on in all who knew her.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610.

A funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m.

Interment will follow in Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
