Frank R. Spislander, 82, of Yardville, passed away on Tuesday evening in Compassionate Care Hospice @ RWJ University Hospital Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident.
A Navy Veteran, Frank retired from the Acme Markets after 33 years of service. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed woodworking, and also was very handy whether it was working on the computer or fixing different things. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. He enjoyed camping with his family in many different State Parks throughout our country.
Son of the late Frank and Julia Reider Spislander, son-in-law of the late Carl & Lois Muzzey Chamberlain, and brother-in-law of the late Judith Moody, he is survived by his loving wife Jeryl Chamberlain Spislander of 54 years, his two children, Lisa Maugeri and her husband Rosario, and Dale Spislander and Janet Kolczynski; in-laws, Karl and Joy Langer; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends may attend a visitation on Saturday morning, November 17, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Buklad Yardville Memorial Chapel, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road in Yardville. A brief prayer service will be held 10:30 a.m. at the memorial chapel with local clergy officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
