Elizabeth A. Mazur, 75, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Serenity Hospice Inpatient Unit at RWJ Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, and raised in Ewing, she was a lifelong area resident. She resided in Hamilton Square for the past 40 years. Elizabeth was employed with NJ State Police and retired after more than 38 years of service. In her spare time, she enjoyed trips to Disney World, and loved Winnie the Pooh. She loved spending time with her family, especially when they decorated for the Christmas holiday season, putting up lights throughout the house inside and out.
Predeceased by her parents, Stanley W. and Georgia Lee (Moon) Chamberlain; and her beloved husband of 31 years, David J. Mazur; she is survived by her stepdaughter and son-in-law, Devon and Shawn Flodmand, granddaughters, Alyssa Flodmand and fiancé Trey Walter and Brielle Flodmand; as well as other relatives and dear friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 8, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.
