Dorothy O’Gorman 97, of Cape May, NJ passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at Genesis North Cape Center in Cape May.
Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a Trenton resident for many years, recently living in North Cape May, NJ.
Dorothy was retired from the NJ Department of Labor and Industry. She was a member of the Spirit of St. Francis Fraternity, the former SS Peter and Paul Church, the Mount Carmel Guild, and a current member of St. Elizabeth’s Church in Goshen.
She was predeceased by her husband, William J. O’Gorman, her beloved daughter, Lorraine D’Zurilla, and her brother, Edward Puskar. She is survived by her daughters Patti O’Gorman, Kathleen and spouse Marlin Mortimer, Sharon and spouse Stephen Modzelewski, and her son-in-law Mark D’Zurilla. Her grandchildren Dan (Karen), Myah (John), Stephen (Esther), and Mark (Dori) and seven great grandchildren. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and Godson, Joseph Sirak.
Relatives and friends may attend a visitation on Monday Morning, January 28, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Buklad Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street in Hamilton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, 201 Adeline Street in Trenton. Burial will follow in St. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
