To the Evans family,

My husband John and I only met Mrs. Evans once(when we were looking to buy a house in CGL) Delores greeted us with a hugh smile! I felt like I was visiting my grandma!! She showed us the house(which I already loved from the pictures), talked to us for a bit!

Once outside, I said to my husband and Real estate agent I love it, I want it!!! Mike says wait what do you love about it? I said everything! He then said the house or Mrs. Evans? I said both!! She had the kindest soul, we are blessed both to have met Delores and to live in her beautiful house!

We are keeping your family…
