Awww, Danny. My childhood friend. My best friend. My buddy, my pal. We were born a few short months apart in 1960. Grew up playing, running, hiding & laughing. You would loudly whistle from across the way. I would hang out the window and whistle back, knowing it was time to join up and get into mischief. I still smile when I think of you. I always will. Rest easy, my friend. From Diana Basile VanMorter. (Dee)

Hey Jeff, Kathy, and family, I was so saddened to hear about Danny's passing. One of the worst parts to moving far away from my Jersey roots is not getting to see my family and friends as much as I used to or as much as I'd like to. I've spoken to Dan the man, as we affectionately used to call him, over the phone. We talked about getting together but unfortunately we never did. I knew he was having health issues but I didn't know how obviously severe they were then. My heart goes out to you all but I'm glad to hear you have a large Elgrim family as our Radice and even my Ference family are dwindling…
