Breta M. Malpas, 80, of Hamilton passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at RWJ University Hospital @ Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, Breta was raised in Yardville, and has been a lifelong Trenton/Hamilton area resident.
Breta worked for Princetonian Graphics in South Brunswick for the past 50 plus years and was still working until recently. She was a member and past President of the Nottingham Garden Club and enjoyed many different crafts. Her favorite activity was decorating her house for the holidays, she loved making her home special for each holiday. Most of all Breta loved spending time with her family and adored her grandchildren. A beloved mother and grandmother, she will be greatly missed.
Daughter of the late Arthur and Blanche Burd Hallgreen, she is survived by two children and their spouses, William and Julie Malpas of Hamilton, and Virginia and Marcus Rawden of Evesham, NJ: four grandchildren, Kristen and Jacklyn Malpas, and Grant and Victoria Rawden.
Due to current public health restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road in Yardville with clergy of the United Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be private in Colonial Memorial Park.
