Barbara A. Jones, 67, of Hamilton Square, beloved wife of Jerry Jones, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020 into the embrace of our lord in RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Barbara was raised in the Bucks County area and graduated from Pennsbury High, Class of 1970. She worked for Princeton University in the Treasury Department, retiring with 40 years of service. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, sports, traveling, and trips to Atlantic City.
Daughter of the late James A. and Josephine C. Bogdan Kausler, she is survived by her husband of 47 years Jerry Jones; her three siblings and their spouses, James A. and Joy Kausler, Patricia A. and Ken Niper, and Joseph and Michele Kauser; brother-in-law Robert Jones, sisters-in-law, Patricia Willever and Kathleen Neiderman; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; and other relatives.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at 9 a.m. from the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road in Yardville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Church. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Yardville memorial home.
