Anna M. Tiscione, 81, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Trenton she was a lifelong area resident and graduate of Trenton Central High School, Class of 1958. Anna was very active in her churches, she was a member of St. Matthias and then Holy Apostles Episcopal Church. Her faith was a very important part of Anna’s life and she felt as if her fellow members were like a second family to her. She enjoyed Bingo, New Jersey Lottery, and trips to Atlantic City. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Her trademark was to send family and friends birthday and any type of holiday cards, always leaving the corner untapped.
Predeceased by her parents, Daniel J. Devine Sr., and Dorothy (Jefferies) Devine; her husband John J. Tiscione; her son Joseph J. Tiscione, brother, Daniel J. Divine, II, brother-in-law, Michael Voacolo, and nieces, Laurie Voacolo and Sharon Belote; she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Richard Byrne; her sister, Marylou Voacolo; grandchildren, Kristy Tiscione and Brandon Byrne; great grandchild, Destiny Tiscione; and special friend, Mary Byrne, as well as other nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. with The Rev. Canon Arthur P. Powell officiating.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Apostles Episcopal Church, 1040 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ 08620.
