Anna D. Corvino

October 8, 1934 - August 22, 2020


Anna D. Corvino, 85, of Trenton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at St. Francis Medical Center.


Born in Mount Hermon, LA, she’s been a longtime Trenton/Hamilton area resident since 1956. Anna was an honorably discharged Army veteran having served during the Korean Conflict, and retired from the State of New Jersey, Dept. of Labor after more than 30 years of service. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading.


Predeceased by her parents, John and Mamie (Howell) Dees; her husband Salvatore Corvino; and her daughter Mary Bakley; she is survived by her son Daniel Corvino, grandchildren, Jennifer Corvino, Holly Dearolf, and Jonathan Dearolf and his wife Jessica, a great granddaughter, Lillian Dearolf, as well as many other family members and close friends.


Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 from 12:00-1:30pm at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton. Interment will follow with Military honors at 2:00pm sharp at the Brigadier William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, North Hanover Twp., NJ.


In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Mercer County Wildlife Center, 1748 River Road, Lambertville, NJ 08530.
