Allison was an expert in Labor Relations and was widely respected by both Labor and Management. Over the course of her long and illustrious career, she was involved with important labor negotiations and many significant decisions that shaped New Jersey State employment law. After Allison retired from State government, she was so highly sought after by State agencies and colleagues, that she was drawn out of retirement to become a part-time consultant at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.
